Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university 
• Hold WPPE OJK license or have passed the WPPE exam
• Strong understanding of capital markets 
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent interpersonal abilities 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) 
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment 
• Results-oriented, persistent, and self-motivated 
• Confident in public speaking, dynamic, and passionate about the capital market industry 
• Patient with strong customer handling and relationship management skills
